1 General Information & Acceptance
These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the jite9 platform and its users. By visiting the jite9 website, opening an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

3.3 One Account Policy
Each individual may open only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be cancelled and any funds held may also be forfeited.
4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Deposit Rules
Accepted methods for depositing funds at jite9 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.
You must use a payment method registered in your own name. Transactions through third parties are strictly prohibited.
4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally made via the same method used for the deposit. Approved withdrawal requests typically take 10 to 45 minutes to process.
jite9 may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal. Failure to provide the required documents may delay the withdrawal.
4.3 Transaction Verification
All deposit and withdrawal transactions are secured via SSL encryption. jite9 reserves the right to temporarily hold suspicious transactions for review.
5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members at jite9 receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 adds ৳2,000 in bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳3,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw winnings from a bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not to the combined total of deposit and bonus. Example: receiving a ৳2,000 bonus requires ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000 in wagers before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
5.3 Bonus Rules
- A user may receive a welcome bonus only once.
- Direct cash withdrawal alongside a bonus is not permitted unless wagering requirements have been met.
- jite9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.
- Accounts found to be abusing or fraudulently using bonuses will be cancelled.
- jite9 reserves the right to investigate and cancel any bonus activity it considers suspicious.
5.4 VIP Program
jite9 has three VIP tiers for regular players: Bronze — up to 0.4% weekly cashback, Silver — up to 0.8% cashback, and Gold — up to 1.2% cashback. Players can move up to higher tiers progressively based on their consistency and activity.
6 Gaming Rules
All games at jite9 operate on the basis of fair play. jite9 reserves the right to void any transaction or game result caused by a technical error.
- Bet amounts in all games must stay within the set limits for each game.
- If a dispute arises over a game result, jite9's server logs will be considered final.
- If a game is interrupted mid-session due to loss of internet connection, it will be settled according to the applicable rules.
- Using automated software or bots to play games is strictly prohibited.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are completely prohibited on the jite9 platform:
- Money laundering or any illegal financial transaction.
- Opening multiple accounts or using a third party's account.
- Coordinated efforts or collaborative betting to abuse bonuses.
- Hacking, cracking, or attempting to compromise system security.
- Operating an account under a false identity.
- Harassing or behaving abusively toward other users.
- Exploiting any technical vulnerability in the platform.
If involvement in any of the above activities is proven, jite9 will be able to immediately close the account and forfeit all balances.
8 Account Closure & Protective Measures
8.1 Closure at User's Request
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your balance before closure, provided all wagering requirements have been met.
8.2 Self-Exclusion Feature

In the event of a breach of these Terms, jite9 reserves the right to suspend or cancel an account without prior notice.
